Twins Gym, located in a 1938 built townhouse is a professional Thai-, kick-box and cross training club. More over a lot of people come to our Brazilian jiu-jitsu for learning ground fighting as well as for a relaxing yoga.
Beside national athletes, others come for learning self-defense to get some selfconfidence or just to get in shape. Professionals doing their daily workout, or someone just for the after work training, even a young mother feel very comfortable here. For kids we pay attention extra carefully.
The club success is strongly related to our background knowledge; our highly skilled trainers are not just teachers but competitors too. Our trainings are held in a friendly environment with kind and helpful coaches, thus our catchphrase is “we welcome everyone” is not just a joke. I am Jordan Mercédesz, I've been instructor for group and individual trainings for five years, mostly cross, mobility, child and personal trainings. The sport had come to play a decisive role in my childhood, I have tasted many types of sport, mostly on a hobby level, and later on with the choice of school I deliberately brought my life in to this direction.
My name is Höflinger Klaudia and im a III. Dan ITF Taekwon-do Master. I’ve been a gymnast for 9 years and those years defined my life. After that I picked up Taekwon-do and I’ ve been doing that ever since.
Sport is everything for me. I did gymnastics for 16 years, which gave me and my movement a steady background. I have achieved many national podiums, but in 2015-2016 I won the national championship which im the most proud of.

Every workout is different, never the same. In addition, it exercises almost all muscle groups in one hour, making it an effective workout.
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu the emphasis is on ground fights and final grips, which includes joint stretching and chokes. The principle is the following: the advantage of a bigger and stronger enemy is that their hands are longer which means they can hit harder, but its effect less during a ground fight.
