Twins Gym, located in a 1938 built townhouse is a professional Thai-, kick-box and cross training club. More over a lot of people come to our Brazilian jiu-jitsu for learning ground fighting as well as for a relaxing yoga.
Beside national athletes, others come for learning self-defense to get some selfconfidence or just to get in shape. Professionals doing their daily workout, or someone just for the after work training, even a young mother feel very comfortable here. For kids we pay attention extra carefully.
The club success is strongly related to our background knowledge; our highly skilled trainers are not just teachers but competitors too. Our trainings are held in a friendly environment with kind and helpful coaches, thus our catchphrase is “we welcome everyone” is not just a joke. Roli is dealing with martial art for 26 years. He was a Taekwondo competitor for 16 years, during this period he had 60 victorious match without any defeat. He extended his knowledge with Thai-, kick-box techniques in the last ten years. His trainings are held according to the Dutch Thai-, kick-box for beginner and advanced men and women. For kids there are separate trainings in his repertoire.
My name is Höflinger Klaudia and im a III. Dan ITF Taekwon-do Master. I’ve been a gymnast for 9 years and those years defined my life. After that I picked up Taekwon-do and I’ ve been doing that ever since.

Sport is everything for me. I did gymnastics for 16 years, which gave me and my movement a steady background. I have achieved many national podiums, but in 2015-2016 I won the national championship which im the most proud of.

The crossfit (crosstraining) is a modern functional form of training, where the human body reacts with exponential physical improvement on stamina, strength and speed. The aim of this type of training is to work with as many muscles as we can, beside these to improve the strength of nerves in order to protect the joints.
One of our main goal is junior training. It is not essential for us to train a competitor, rather just teaching how sport can affect life in a good way, giving special capabilities. This is especially true for martial arts, as it teaches the young ones for endurance, humility for work and self-confidence.
