In 2016 I found Crossfit. I started to run and i attended races too, since runing is fun only with a ball for me. ">
Since I started Crossfit, I have been lucky enough to work with very good coaches and I have learned a lot from them. My goal after the first week was competing and to get stronger. I love working on my weaknesses - it gives me endurance. This season I had a minor injury, so for a while rehabilitation played a major role, but I got even stronger. I got into the RX field at Hungarian Games, unfortunately I had to withdraw, but I will be back next year. As an athlete I like long wods / workouts, but unfortunately these are not lead to purpose. As a trainer, I find prehabilitaion and mobility very important - unfortunately, or not unfortunately, I have a lot of experience. I believe that proper workout with proper movement are also essential for a healthier body (and soul). My motto is, "Less is sometimes more!"
