This form of exercise is recommended for those who are attracted by the world of martial arts, and would like to master the technical elements, to enjoy positive physiological and mental effects of combat sports but do not want to take sparring exercises immediately or just step by step.
During the workout we practice technical elements from Thai-kickboxing which are useful in a combat. Typically, practices are carried out by punch bags or strike shields. The rest intervals and intensity of the exercise is often changed during a training. At times power other times speed or the accuracy of execution gets into focus. There are no real combats however there are some movement exercises with each other. Therefore, holding a distance during fights can be taught as well as improvement of sensing the tempo. Beside practicing technical elements, we give more attention to typical combat like strength and fitness exercises, which takes place at different workstations and usually in rounds.
