I am in a fortunate position that sport has played an important role since my childhood. By the time I was young, I managed to experience how endurance and systematic training could develope your body and your personality. At the age of 10 I practised athletics at competition level. In addition to running and high jumping, I could also experience rhythmic sports gymnastics, and during the high school years I became a member of an aerobic formation and as a finisher I had the opportunity to hold aerobic classes in fitness studios. However, I quickly realized that this form of motion did not represent a challenge for me in the long run, so I met my first love of life, swimming. I practised it competitively under my university studies and during many years of my oreign studisas a member of team Elfsborg in Sweden, where I spent a short time as an aqua trainer and I tried myself out in orienteering as well.

Five years ago I entered into a gym and soon fell in love with weight training. It immediately impressed me how regurality and methodology could develope and correct the human body. During the months, I managed to reach a form that has never been a year of sport. However, after a few months, I began to feel that I was beginning to lose my explosiveness. So I met TRX and the world of functional trainings and this relationship is still unbroken. I have gained and improved my training skills at Iwi International Fitness School, my goal is to act as a Performance Enhancement Specialist once.

During my training I like to break the limit, cardio elements are combined with own bodyweight and free weight exercises while developing strength. I do not like to waste my time, my goal is to let my guests feel that they've done their best. If you want to train to satisfy your conscience, my workouts are not the best for you. I'm sweating with you too, and when you cheat, I'll fix you. I borrowed my motto from my athletics trainer: "Let it hurt, just use it”
