Twins Gym, located in a 1938 built townhouse is a professional Thai-, kick-box and cross training club. More over a lot of people come to our Brazilian jiu-jitsu for learning ground fighting as well as for a relaxing yoga.
Beside national athletes, others come for learning self-defense to get some selfconfidence or just to get in shape. Professionals doing their daily workout, or someone just for the after work training, even a young mother feel very comfortable here. For kids we pay attention extra carefully.
The club success is strongly related to our background knowledge; our highly skilled trainers are not just teachers but competitors too. Our trainings are held in a friendly environment with kind and helpful coaches, thus our catchphrase is “we welcome everyone” is not just a joke. In the community we built the mood that recalls a classic sports club spirit.

I deal with coaching slowly for ten years, as an assistant coach I was beside the national captain József Farkas in training camp at Tata. After hundreds of deduced MMA and K-1 fights I'm a rather experienced referee. My objective is education of youngsters for healthier life as well as spreading the culture of training and healthy nutrition. I can help in the field of personal or competition fat burning.
I would like to endear Crosfit to everyone with my varied workouts and with my three years of experience in coaching, because it does not only simplify everyday tasks, but also helps gain endurance and familiarize our borders, teaches us humility, and it offers an excellent preparing for competitions for athletes as well.
I have been a gymnast for 10 years and I was a dancer for also 10 years. Im a professional dancer, I got into the fitness modelling and after that I graduated as a movement artist at the Hungarian Circus and Varieté.
I met CrossFit at the University camp for the first time. What was my first impression? I competed in some of them or just worked out, but my main goal was being good in all of them. This is a must have for me and i accomplished it in crossfit completly. P>
The hip and shoulder stretching yoga classes started originally for the kickboxing fighters of Twins Gym to relieve muscle tension caused by weekly 8-10 trainings. However, more and more people join yoga classes from crosstraining to take care the of various problem of joints and muscles caused by movements and derive the stress caused by living the whole week.
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu the emphasis is on ground fights and final grips, which includes joint stretching and chokes. The principle is the following: the advantage of a bigger and stronger enemy is that their hands are longer which means they can hit harder, but its effect less during a ground fight.
MMA is a modern rule order which with its toughness and the resoluteness of the fighters has conquered the word. Usually MMA is referred as an independent sport but this is a misapprehension as MMA is a rule order in which different fighters (wrestlers, jiu-jitsu fighters, Thai-boxers etc.) can fight with each other.
When we first came out with the idea of kindergarten Kick-Boxing our main focus was helping the youngsters to get close to training and make them love the sport itself. With Kindergarten Kick-Box we want to help increase the coordination, strengthen the muscles, give a better stamina and quickness with all kinds of tasks specialized for kids.
