Twins Gym, located in a 1938 built townhouse is a professional Thai-, kick-box and cross training club. More over a lot of people come to our Brazilian jiu-jitsu for learning ground fighting as well as for a relaxing yoga.
Beside national athletes, others come for learning self-defense to get some selfconfidence or just to get in shape. Professionals doing their daily workout, or someone just for the after work training, even a young mother feel very comfortable here. For kids we pay attention extra carefully.

6 years ago when I was seventeen I started my career as a boxer, since then I transferred to Thai-box and complemented with Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA trainings. Last year I fought my first professional MMA fight. Last June I won at the Totaldamage Fight Night professional MMA tournament in the 84 kg category. In the summer of 2014 I stayed at Las-Vegas for 7 weeks where I managed to practice with a UFC community in the reputed Syndicate club.
In addition to practicing asanas I find it important to learn how to breathe simplier breathing techniques and beginner relaxation techniques to our soul can be filled up during yoga exercise.
We had bodyweight training or as it recently called calisthenics for years in Twins, that's why we are glad to see bodyweight training is living its renaissance thanks to street workout and convict conditioning. Our gym is equipped in order to fulfill the requirement for street workout. That's how we could achieve that in the same time 15-20 person can train without any problem.
