Twins Gym, located in a 1938 built townhouse is a professional Thai-, kick-box and cross training club. More over a lot of people come to our Brazilian jiu-jitsu for learning ground fighting as well as for a relaxing yoga.
Beside national athletes, others come for learning self-defense to get some selfconfidence or just to get in shape. Professionals doing their daily workout, or someone just for the after work training, even a young mother feel very comfortable here. For kids we pay attention extra carefully.
The club success is strongly related to our background knowledge; our highly skilled trainers are not just teachers but competitors too. I deal with coaching slowly for ten years, as an assistant coach I was beside the national captain József Farkas in training camp at Tata. After hundreds of deduced MMA and K-1 fights I'm a rather experienced referee. My objective is education of youngsters for healthier life as well as spreading the culture of training and healthy nutrition. I can help in the field of personal or competition fat burning.

The principle is the following: the advantage of a bigger and stronger enemy is that their hands are longer which means they can hit harder, but its effect less during a ground fight.
We had bodyweight training or as it recently called calisthenics for years in Twins, that's why we are glad to see bodyweight training is living its renaissance thanks to street workout and convict conditioning. Our gym is equipped in order to fulfill the requirement for street workout. That's how we could achieve that in the same time 15-20 person can train without any problem.
