Twins Gym, located in a 1938 built townhouse is a professional Thai-, kick-box and cross training club. More over a lot of people come to our Brazilian jiu-jitsu for learning ground fighting as well as for a relaxing yoga.
Beside national athletes, others come for learning self-defense to get some selfconfidence or just to get in shape. Professionals doing their daily workout, or someone just for the after work training, even a young mother feel very comfortable here. For kids we pay attention extra carefully.
The club success is strongly related to our background knowledge; our highly skilled trainers are not just teachers but competitors too. Our trainings are held in a friendly environment with kind and helpful coaches, thus our catchphrase is “we welcome everyone” is not just a joke. Young, aspiring fighter who despite his young age, climbed to the forefront of K1 and Thai Boxing under a few years. During his workouts he takes seriuos attention to his pupils, he makes his sessions varied and exciting with the help of the newest training plans and methods used in the biggest racing- studs. He tries to develope each pupil individually.
I would like to endear Crosfit to everyone with my varied workouts and with my three years of experience in coaching, because it does not only simplify everyday tasks, but also helps gain endurance and familiarize our borders, teaches us humility, and it offers an excellent preparing for competitions for athletes as well.

K-1 follows a particular norm where different martial arts delegates fight with each other. This includes muay thai or thai-box from Thailand and USAs own kick-box, which combines techniques from karate, taekwondo, kung-Fu and of course traditional boxing. Originated from Thailand muay-thai or Thai-box, or as we call 'the science of 8 limbs' is the art of using knees, elbows beside hands and feet.
One of our main goal is junior training. It is not essential for us to train a competitor, rather just teaching how sport can affect life in a good way, giving special capabilities. This is especially true for martial arts, as it teaches the young ones for endurance, humility for work and self-confidence.
We had bodyweight training or as it recently called calisthenics for years in Twins, that's why we are glad to see bodyweight training is living its renaissance thanks to street workout and convict conditioning. Our gym is equipped in order to fulfill the requirement for street workout. That's how we could achieve that in the same time 15-20 person can train without any problem.
We were one of the first who started calisthenics (body weighted trainings) in Budapest and since then this training form still have a big attention for this type of workout. We are constantly developing our body weighted workout programs, thus beside the classic elements of convict conditioning we introduce newer and newer elements to programs. Bodyweight training is living its renaissance nowadays.
