I have eleven years of practice in this sport. Since I representing our country in international competitions my goal is performance of both acrobatic and strength elements on higher-level and presentation of new combinations of technical and design exercises.

As a personal trainer I deal with those hobby athletes both at young and at elder age who want to get acquainted with this movement form which trains the entire body and muscles and spectacularly developes the motor coordination, the muscles and movement development. As a competition trainer I put a great emphasis on talent management, I undertake preparation for competition for long- term and short- term as well.

As an educator, I have developed my own methodology - first time in our country - and I train those trainers who want own the knowledge of this rapidly popular form of exercise. What is my goal with all of this? That everyone who chooses the street workout could professionally start this exciting form of exercise - avoiding the wrong, unappropriate postures which can be harmful for the muscles, and joints and their fixation. Instead of this I would like to give a professional, stable sport base which can be even improved up to higher level.

My circuit group trainings held in Twins Gym improve strength and stamina and built from street workout elements. Primarily it develops abdominal, trunk, shoulder, back and arm muscles. Recommended for all ages, at all levels, those who want to achieve a better stamina and endurance.
