Keszler Dávid

Brazil Jiu Jitsu (no gi) & MMA földön

I started to deal with strength and fitness trainings back in 2008, in 2009 János Csámpár was the one who introduced me to the world of mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Next year I continued my BJJ training at the Hungarian academy of Gracie Barra under master Max Carvalho, but meanwhile I attended János Csámpárs MMA and later BJJ trainings regularly. Parallel to the I had some trainings to improve my strength and fitness.
